Degayu: Against the Shore is a documentary that depicts coastal flooding triggered by the climate crisis in the village of Degayu in Pekalongan, Central Java. It chronicles the emotional journey of the people of Degayu as they confront the crisis and acknowledge that they will be on the brink of growth in 2025. The documentary also illuminates a fresh perspective on coastal flooding issues, covering various sectors such as education, society, the environment, and comprehensive structural planning from upstream to downstream. Numerous non-profit organizations have gathered in Pekalongan to formulate strategies aimed at mitigating losses and damages while enhancing resilience.

Degayu: Against the Shore adala sebuah dokumenter yang menggambarkan banjir pesisir yang dipicu oleh krisis iklim di desa Degayu di Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah. Film ini mencatat perjalanan emosional para penduduk Degayu saat mereka menghadapi krisis ini sekaligus sadar bahwa mereka akan menghadapi tepi jurang pembangunan pada 2025. Dokumenter ini juga menyoroti sudut pandang yang segar terkait masalah banjir wilayah pesisir, mencakup berbagai sektortermasuk pendidikan, masyarakat, lingkungan, dan perencanaan struktural komprehensif dari hulu ke hilir. Berbagai organisasi nirlaba telah berkumpul di Pekalongan untuk meramu strategi yang bertujuan mengurangi kerugian dan kerusakan sambil meningkatkan daya tahan terhadap bencana ini.
