Di Sini Di Sana by Rachman & Sons

Boys' Love is the sequel to Danton Remoto’s first novel, Riverrun, which was both a critical and commercial success. The protagonist is a young adult, bewildered and excited by the challenges of being gay in societies undergoing change. The novel employs several narrative modes—first-person memoir, reportorial, transcription of a radio interview, and a book review—offering a rich and varied perspective.

In a different but equally compelling story, How We Came To Be by Andrea Dee follows university radio DJ Ellice Sanchez, who struggles to explain her lack of romantic feelings to friends. Engineering student Alex Yu grapples with balancing his family’s expectations and his passion for literature. When they reconnect after high school, an unlikely friendship blossoms, built on chaotic study sessions and Ellice’s radio show. Through mutual acceptance and support, they become exactly what each other needs.

Meanwhile, Jannah is NOT Average by Siti Sarah Syahirah binti Kushairi tells the story of sixteen-year-old Jannah Ismail, who dreams of becoming a medical doctor despite the skepticism around her. To prove herself, she must gain admission to her school’s prestigious science stream, despite having a C in Mathematics. Instead, she is transferred to a class of carefree, troublemaking art students who live in a mysterious old house. Will Jannah overcome these obstacles and achieve her dream?

Dalam kisah berbeda namun sama menariknya, How We Came To Be karya Andrea Dee mengikuti DJ radio universitas, Ellice Sanchez, yang kesulitan menjelaskan ketidakmampuannya merasakan perasaan romantis kepada teman-temannya.
