Edward Speirs

Edward Speirs is the Head of Publishing at Phoenix Communications, and serves as the Managing Editor of NOW! Bali magazine. He has steered the publication towards its mission of sharing and uplifting stories that serve Bali’s best interests. Edward has written extensively on the island’s culture and history, as well as contemporary topics including change-makers, community movements, and social commentary. He is the Co-founder of TIMELESS Bali, a publication series focused on history, culture, travel, and society, with five volumes published to date. He is also the host of The NOW! Bali Podcast, a platform dedicated to exploring the island’s rich and diverse stories. In addition, Edward serves as the Acting Editor of NOW! Jakarta magazine.

Edward Speirs adalah Kepala Penerbitan di Phoenix Communications sekaligus Managing Editor majalah NOW! Bali. Ia telah membawa publikasi tersebut pada misinya untuk membagikan dan mengangkat cerita-cerita yang berpihak pada kepentingan terbaik Bali. Edward banyak menulis tentang kebudayaan dan sejarah pulau ini, serta topik kontemporer seperti tokoh pembawa perubahan, gerakan komunitas, dan isu sosial.
