Dian Elvira Rosa

Dian Elvira Rosa leads the Renewable Energy Skills Development project (RESD), a partnership between the Indonesian government and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Switzerland's governmental centre of expertise for economic policy, and implemented by GFA Consulting. With over a decade of experience in development cooperation, she guides Indonesian polytechnics and training centres in creating renewable energy curricula, as well as formal and non-formal education and training, to support the nation's energy transition. Dian holds an M.Sc. in International Strategy and Economics from the University of St Andrews.

Berbekal pengalaman lebih dari satu dekade di bidang kerja sama pembangunan, ia mendampingi politeknik dan pusat pelatihan di Indonesia dalam merancang kurikulum energi terbarukan, serta menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelatihan formal maupun non-formal untuk mendukung transisi energi nasional. Dian meraih gelar M.Sc. dalam bidang Strategi dan Ekonomi Internasional dari University of St Andrews.
