He will be joined in conversation by Amanjiwo’s Resident Anthropologist, Jean Pascal Elbaz, for a thought-provoking dialogue set against the majestic backdrop of Borobudur.

From ancient stone to sumptuous plate, celebrated chefs Petty Elliott and Reza Kurniawan⁩ of Amanjiwo will present a four-hands dinner. Enjoy a rare Indonesian feast inspired by recipes depicted in the Borobudur relief, including pan-seared fillet ‘Ikan Beong’ served with kedondong pickles and Java curry sauce, and succulent duck served with heirloom rice, coconut blossoms, turmeric, jackfruit, and cassava leaves. This immersive culinary journey will highlight the rich flavours, traditions, and stories of Indonesia’s diverse heritage.

The price includes a set menu prepared by chefs Petty Elliott and Reza Kurniawan.
