Rumah Kayu

Cities, streets and everyday life often serve as both inspiration and arenas for social critique. In this session, Gilang Propagila, Gus Dark and Emte reflect on how their experiences in Bali and Jakarta have shaped their artistic practices. From zine archives to satirical comics and vivid illustrations, they show how art captures the dynamics of urban life, ranging from humour to social unrest. The discussion demonstrates how art not only documents daily realities but also encourages us to think critically about the environments we inhabit.
