Putu Oka Sukanta

Born in 1939, Putu Oka Sukanta is a writer and journalist who has written extensively about Indonesia’s political conditions and humanity. His trilogy of novels reflecting the face and character of the New Order: Threads of Dignity, The Turning Wheel, and Spaces, have been published in English by the Lontar Foundation, and translated by Keith Foulcher.

Trilogi novelnya yang merefleksikan wajah dan watak Orde Baru: Merajut Harkat, Istana Jiwa dan Celah, telah diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris oleh Lontar Foundation dan diterjemahkan oleh Keith Foulcher.
