Tjok Maya Kerthyasa is an Indonesian-Australian writer living in Ubud, Bali. She spent a decade in Sydney, where she wrote for Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine, before moving to Bali to reconnect with her family and birthplace. Since returning, Maya has hosted culinary-based events, starred in an Indonesian food-based web series called Masakan Rumah, and has spoken about Balinese cooking for various media platforms. She also co-authored the recently-released Balinese food and recipe book Paon (Hardie Grant). Her mission is to see Balinese cuisine better understood and celebrated on a global level.

Tjok Maya Kerthyasa adalah seorang penulis Indonesia-Australia yang tinggal di Ubud, Bali. Dia menghabiskan waktu kurang dari satu dekade di Sydney di mana dia menulis untuk majalah Australian Gourmet Traveler, sebelum pindah rumah ke Bali untuk berhubungan kembali dengan keluarga dan rumah leluhurnya.
