Eelke Plasmeijer is the Founder of Locavore Restaurant and has been working in the kitchen since he was 14 years old. He has worked his way up, eventually training at Amsterdam’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Vermeer. In 2008, he was the Head Chef for SHY Rooftop, Jakarta, before moving to Bali and working at Alila Ubud. He has since opened his own restaurant.
