Diana Darling

Diana Darling is a freelance writer, artist, and editor. She has lived in Bali since 1980 and is an occasional translator from Indonesian or French to English. She is the author of The Painted Alphabet, a novel based on a Balinese tale, and has contributed to numerous books and periodicals on Balinese and Indonesian culture. Darling is also a former editor-in-chief of Latitudes & Attitudes Magazine and has edited over 40 translations of Indonesian literature to English for the Lontar Foundation.

Diana Darling adalah penulis lepas, artis, dan editor. Ia telah tinggal di Bali sejak 1980 dan sesekali menjadi penerjemah bahasa Indonesia atau Prancis ke Inggris. Ia adalah penulis The Painted Alphabet, sebuah novel berdasarkan kisah Bali, dan telah berkontribusi pada banyak buku dan majalah tentang budaya Bali dan Indonesia. Darling juga pernah pemimpin redaksi majalah Latitudes & Attitudes, dan telah mengedit lebih dari 40 terjemahan sastra Indonesia ke bahasa Inggris untuk Yayasan Lontar.
