Darmawan Prasodjo is a politician currently serving as the President and Director of the State Electricity Company since December 2021. He also served as Deputy I of the Presidential Staff Office from 2015 to 2019. He is a PDI-P cadre and became a member of the support team for the Jokowi-JK presidential candidate pair and the expert team for the Jokowi-JK pair in charge of providing input during the Presidential-cawapres debate in the 2014 Presidential Election. His book, Modeling Petroleum Fiscal System: Economic Behavior Analysis for Industry and State, performs a fiscal analysis of oil and gas.

Darmawan Prasodjo adalah seorang politikus yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Presiden dan Direktur Perusahaan Listrik Negara sejak Desember 2021. Ia juga menjabat sebagai Deputi I Kantor Staf Kepresidenan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019. Merupakan kader PDI-P dan menjadi anggota Dewan tim pendukung pasangan capres-cawapres Jokowi-JK dan tim ahli pasangan Jokowi-JK yang bertugas memberikan masukan pada debat capres-cawapres Pilpres 2014. Bukunya yang sebuah fiskal analisis dari minyak dan gas, berjudul Modeling Petroleum Fiscal System: Economic Behavior Analysis for Industry and State.
