Carla Power


Country: United States of America

Carla Power is the author of two Pulitzer Prize Finalists in General Nonfiction: Home, Land, Security, and If The Oceans Were Ink, which was also a finalist for the National Book Award. She was raised in St. Louis, with years in Iran, India, Afghanistan, Egypt, and Italy. She began her journalistic career at Newsweek Magazine in the 1990s and has since contributed to a range of publications, including Time, Vanity Fair, NYT, Foreign Policy, VOGUE, and The Guardian. She holds degrees from Yale University, St. Antony’s College, Oxford, and Columbia University School of Journalism. She lives with her husband and two daughters in East Sussex, England.

Carla Power adalah penulis dari dua Pulitzer Prize Finalists dalam General Nonfiction: Home, Land, Security dan If The Oceans Were Ink yang juga merupakan finalis National Book Award.
