Co-founder and Head Chef of Pengalaman Rasa, Ayu Gayatri Kresna began cooking as a child in her family’s kitchen, learning the art of traditional cooking while honing her senses to master numerous authentic dishes. Combining family recipes passed down through generations, the Northern Balinese native is passionate about preserving the local cuisine and introducing it to the world.

Salah satu Pendiri dan Head Chef Pengalaman Rasa, Ayu Gayatri Kresna mulai memasak di dapur keluarganya sejak kecil, belajar seni memasak tradisional sambil mengasah indranya untuk menguasai berbagai hidangan otentik. Menggabungkan resep keluarga yang diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi, penduduk asli Bali Utara ini bersemangat melestarikan masakan lokal dan memperkenalkannya ke hadapan dunia.
