Amanda Katili Niode

Amanda Katili Niode is a founding member of the International Environmental Communication Association. She manages The Climate Reality Project Indonesia. Formerly, she led the Expert Team at the Office of the President’s Special Envoy for Climate Change and was a Special Assistant to the Indonesian Minister of Environment. Amanda, an environmental specialist and writer, holds a PhD from the University of Michigan, USA, and an undergraduate degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. She has represented Indonesia at United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) conferences since COP 13 in 2007 until COP 25 in 2019. Amanda served as Indonesia’s National Focal Point for Article 6 UNFCCC (now Action for Climate Empowerment).

Amanda Katili Niode adalah seorang anggota pendiri dari International Environmental Communication Association. Ia mengelola The Climate Reality Project Indonesia. Sebelumnya, ia memimpin Tim Pakar Utusan Khusus Kantor Staf Presiden dan pernah menjadi Asisten Khusus Menteri Lingkungan. Amanda, spesialis lingkungan dan penulis, memiliki gelar PhD dari University of Michigan, Amerika Serikat, dan gelar sarjana dari Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia. Ia telah mewakili Indonesia di berbagai konferensi United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) sejak COP 13 pada 2007 hingga COP 25 pada 2019.
