Aaron Seeto is an artist and the Director of the Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (MACAN) in Jakarta. He studied for a Bachelor of Arts at Wollongong University. His work explores historical positions through archives, family photo albums and photographic records. He believes that art is fundamental, especially for Indonesians who live in a complex society, as art can help us navigate it. He has exhibited in contemporary art spaces in Australia, New Zealand, New York and Europe.
Aaron Seeto adalah seniman dan Direktur Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (MACAN) di Jakarta. Ia mendapatkan gelar Bachelor of Arts di Universitas Wollongong. Karyanya mengeksplorasi posisi sejarah melalui arsip, album foto keluarga dan catatan fotografi.
