Anita Heiss

Professor Anita Heiss, a highly acclaimed Australian author, boasts a diverse repertoire that encompasses non-fiction, historical fiction, commercial fiction, and children's novels. Her adult fiction repertoire includes works such as Not Meeting Mr Right, Avoiding Mr Right, Manhattan Dreaming, Paris Dreaming, and Tiddas. Barbed Wire and Cherry Blossoms secured a spot on the longlist for the Dublin International Literary Prize and was designated as the University of Canberra’s 2020 Book of the Year.
