Join the Indolitclub and its Co-Founder, Toni Pollard, in collaboration with the Indonesian Heritage Society Book Group as they delve into the narratives from two recent publications by the Lontar Foundation. This special event celebrates Indonesian literature with a focus on George Quinn’s Javanese translations in She Always Wanted to be a Beauty Queen and Nuklila Amal’s latest anthology, At the Circus. The Indolitclub, established in Sydney in 2018, brings its engaging and insightful literary discussions to Ubud, offering a platform to explore the profound literary essence of these selected texts and their reflections on Indonesia.

Acara khusus ini merayakan sastra Indonesia dengan fokus pada terjemahan-terjemahan bahasa Jawa George Quinn dalam buku She Always Wanted to be a Beauty Queen dan antologi terbaru Nukila Amal, At the Circus.
