We invite you to explore a 24-year occupation's impact: the forced separation of Timorese children from their families by Indonesian military forces. Asia Justice and Rights (AJAR) has dedicated over 30 years to reuniting these stolen children with their families in Timor. Hear poignant stories of parents placing flowers on their lost children's graves before joyful reunions. This discussion precedes an acoustic performance by Patrick Burgess, featuring original songs inspired by 'the stolen children.' The performance aligns with the launch of an EP, featuring contributions from Midnight Oil, the Backsliders, and other renowned Australian bands.
