A full-time religious leader and prominent chef, Jero Mangku Dalem Suci Gede Yudiawan, also known as Chef Yudi, is not only living in two worlds – he’s thriving in them. After returning to his home village of Les in Tejakula, Buleleng, five years ago, he is now a Pemangku Adat (spiritual leader). Chef Yudi also honors local food culture at his open kitchen Dapur Bali Mula (authentic Balinese kitchen). Join the Stories from the Field team to learn more about the sacred nature of traditional Balinese cuisine.

This film will also be screened at Festival Hub @ Taman Baca, Ubud. Filling in a health declaration form upon entering the ground is required and it is limited to 30 people.

Seorang pemimpin agama dan chef, Jero Mangku Dalem Suci Gede Yudiawan, juga dikenal sebagai Chef Yudi, tidak hanya menjalani kehidupan di dua dunia – ia pun mendalaminya. Setelah kembali ke kampung halamannya di Les di Tejakula, Buleleng, lima tahun lalu, ia kini menjadi Pemangku Adat (pemimpin spiritual). Chef Yudi juga menghormati budaya makanan lokal di dapur terbukanya Dapur Bali Mula (dapur otentik Bali). Bergabunglah dengan tim Stories from the Field untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut mengenai sifat sakral masakan tradisional Bali.

Pemutaran film ini juga akan dilangsungkan di Festival Hub @ Taman Baca, Ubud. Isi formulir pernyataan kesehatan saat memasuki area tersebut dan pemutaran film ini terbatas untuk 30 orang.
