I Wayan Arca Bertayasa’s family has been growing coffee since 1980. After partnering with a roaster, two of Bali’s biggest names in coffee, Hungry Bird and Revolver Espresso, became early customers. His specialty beans, Arca Ulian Coffee, are now known across the island. Join the Stories from the Field team to find out how Arca’s family’s farm went from drying cherries in a parking lot to the top of Bali’s coffee trade.
This film will also be screened at Festival Hub @ Taman Baca, Ubud. Filling in a health declaration form upon entering the ground is required and it is limited to 30 people.
Keluarga I Wayan Arca Bertayasa telah menanam kopi sejak tahun 1980. Setelah mengenal pemanggang kopi, dua nama besar di Bali dalam hal kopi, Hungry Bird dan Revolver Espresso, menjadi para pelanggan awalnya. Biji kopinya yang istimewa, Kopi Arca Ulian, kini dikenal di seluruh pulau. Bergabunglah dengan tim Stories from the Field untuk mencari tahu bagaimana pertanian keluarga Arca berkembang, dari mengeringkan ceri di sebuah tempat parkir hingga mampu berada puncak perdagangan kopi di Bali.
