Any Questions?

Firstly, it's worth checking our FAQs below to see if we have already answered your query.

If not, please feel free to contact us.
What Ticket Options Are Available This Year?

Choose between two festival passes: the 4-Day Festival Pass and the 1-Day Festival Pass. With the 1-Day Pass, you’ll have access to all the main events on your chosen day. If you prefer flexibility, opt for the 4-Day Pass and come and go as you please throughout the festival. Keep in mind, though, that neither pass includes entry to separately ticketed special programs such as Special Events and Workshops.

How do I purchase a Day Festival Pass?

As an international festival-goer, you can visit trybooking.com. For attendees from Indonesia, tickets can be purchased at Big Tix. Please note that both TryBooking and BigTix will charge booking fees in addition to the ticket price. During Festival week you can also purchase Festival Passes in person at the Festival Box Office located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan in Ubud (View in Google Maps).

I haven’t received my ticket confirmation email, what should I do?

Our purchase confirmations are sent via email from our ticket partners, TryBooking or BigTix. If you can’t find them in your inbox, please check your junk mail in case they’ve been misfiled. If you still can’t locate them, contact our service team through email at admin@yayasansaraswati.org.

How can I collect my Festival Pass?

As a 1-Day Festival Pass or 4-Day Festival Pass holder, you can collect your Festival Pass at the Festival Box Office. The Pass can be get at the onsite Festival Box Office located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan in Ubud, Bali (View in Google Maps).

Remember to bring identification and proof of purchase when collecting your Festival Pass. For all Special Events, Masterclasses, Cultural Workshops, and other ticketed events taking place outside of Taman Baca, the Festival Hub, your ticket purchase confirmation (printed or displayed on your device) will suffice. You do not need to collect additional tickets from the Festival Box Office for these events.

What exchange rate do we use?

We use the standard exchange rate of 1 Australian Dollar (AUD) equals 10,000 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for all our calculations. Please note that for clarity, some figures may be rounded up or down. Customers making in-person purchases have the option to pay in Indonesian Rupiah.

What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?

Our Festival Passes are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the festival may be rescheduled to a later date, allowing you to adjust your travel plans to Ubud.

Can I bring my children?

We love welcoming younger audiences. Children under twelve must be accompanied by a responsible adult, while those aged twelve and over need to have their own Festival Pass.

Can children attend any special ticketed events?

For Special Events, Masterclasses, and other ticketed events, we recommend that you consider leaving your children with a trusted caregiver to fully enjoy your experience.
