WHAT TICKET OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE THIS YEAR?

Choose between two festival passes: the 4-Day Festival Pass and the 1-Day Festival Pass. With the 1-Day Pass, you’ll have access to all the main events on your chosen day. If you prefer flexibility, opt for the 4-Day Pass and come and go as you please throughout the festival. Keep in mind, though, that neither pass includes entry to separately ticketed special programs such as Special Events and Workshops.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A 4-DAY FESTIVAL PASS?

International festival-goers can visit trybooking.com and click the red button ‘GET A DAY PASS’. Our Indonesian attendees can purchase tickets at Big Tix. Please note that TryBooking and BigTix will charge booking fees in addition to the ticket price.

During Festival week, from Monday, 16 October to Sunday, 22 October, 2023, you can also get daily passes in person at the Festival Box Office located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan in Ubud, Bali (View in Google Maps).

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET CONFIRMATION EMAIL; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our purchase confirmations are sent via email from our ticket partners, TryBooking or BigTix. If you can’t find them in your inbox, please check your junk mail in case they’ve been misfiled. If you still can’t locate them, contact our service team through email at admin@yayasansaraswati.org or through WhatsApp.

HOW CAN I COLLECT MY FESTIVAL PASS?

As a 1-Day Festival Pass or 4-Day Festival Pass holder, you can collect your Festival Pass at the Festival Box Office. The Pass can be obtained at the onsite Festival Box Office located at Jalan Raya Sanggingan in Ubud, Bali (View in Google Maps). Remember to bring identification and proof of purchase when collecting your Festival Pass.

For all Special Events, Workshops, Cultural Workshops, and other ticketed events taking place outside of the Festival Hub, your ticket purchase confirmation (printed or displayed on your device) will suffice. You do not need to collect additional tickets from the Festival Box Office for these events.

WHAT ABOUT OUR SPECIAL EVENTS?

Special events and workshops are not included in the 4-Day Festival Pass or 1-Day Festival Pass and must be purchased separately. However you are not required to purchase a 4-Day Festival Pass or 1-Day Festival Pass to attend a Special Event, Workshop, or any other single ticketed event.

WHAT EXCHANGE RATE DO WE USE?

We use the standard exchange rate of 1 Australian Dollar (AUD) equals 10,000 Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for all our calculations. Please note that for clarity, some figures may be rounded up or down. Customers making in-person purchases have the option to pay in IDR.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS POSTPONED OR CANCELLED?

Our Festival Passes are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the festival may be rescheduled to a later date, allowing you to adjust your travel plans to Ubud.

DO CHILDREN REQUIRE A FESTIVAL PASS TO ATTEND?

Children aged twelve and over need to have their own Festival Pass. Children under twelve can join the festival venue with an accompanying adult.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND ANY SPECIAL EVENT?

For Special Events or Workshops, we kindly request that you do not bring your kids. In general, children are not permitted to participate in workshop sessions. For general Festival inquiries or ticketing issues, please reach out to us at email at admin@yayasansaraswati.org or through WhatsApp.
