Both of our dining venues offer an array of exquisite dishes designed to delight your taste buds. Many of our ingredients are home-grown at Bumi Kinar, you can find these at every step through the property. We cultivate fresh ingredients on our property and at our farm estate in Tabanan, Kinar Village.
Named after Bali’s colourful sunsets,Jingga is the beating heart of the Bumi Kinar. Beside the infinity pool and ravine, guests gather over dishes shaped by our gardens and the island’s generous soil. Conversations linger over cocktails — our negronis are whispered to be the finest in Ubud — while the sun dips slowly behind the trees. Jingga is not simply a restaurant, but a gentle coming-together: where flavours, stories, and sunset colours find each other, night after night.
