Wayan Kresna Yasa

Wayan Kresna Yasa is a Balinese chef. He trained and worked in the US for six years in Michelin-rated kitchens, where he developed his Modern Balinese cooking style. He has helped launch Room4Dessert Ubud and the Indonesian hospitality group Potato Head. As Global Executive Chef and Culinary Director for Potato Head, Wayan opened restaurants Ijen, Kaum, and Tanaman. This plant-based project was one of the best new restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveller in 2020. His latest book, Paon: Real Balinese Cooking, was released in 2022.

Wayan Kresna Yasa adalah chef asal Bali. Ia berlatih dan bekerja di AS selama enam tahun di dapur berperingkat Michelin, di mana ia mengembangkan gaya memasak Bali Modernnya.
