Kristen Vida Alfaro is Editor and Managing Director for Tilted Axis Press. A writer and organizer, she headed the union and anti-racism organization at Barbican. This work explains how she will lead the next stage of the press, which will see TAP develop interdisciplinary projects in parallel to the publication of contemporary and historical literature in translation. In an earlier lifetime, Kristen pursued (and left) a doctorate in film studies at New York University. Her writings and interviews have been published on Logic, The Moving Image, Triple Canopy, and n+1. She works out of London.
