Dr. A.A.G.N. Ari Dwipayana is a lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, a researcher at the Institute for Research Empowerment Yogyakarta, and is secretary of the Interfidie Yogyakarta foundation. He has written several publications focused on Indonesian politics. In 2003, he founded the Uluangkep foundation, which conducts research on empowering traditional villages in Bali. He also built the Puri Kauhan Ubud foundation, which focuses on developing creativity in the local literature of the Balinese language and its development among the youth.

Dr. A.A.G.N. Ari Dwipayana adalah dosen di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta, peneliti di Lembaga Penelitian Pemberdayaan Yogyakarta, dan sekretaris Yayasan Interfidie Yogyakarta. Ia telah menulis beberapa publikasi yang berfokus pada politik Indonesia. Pada tahun 2003, ia mendirikan Yayasan Uluangkep yang melakukan penelitian tentang pemberdayaan desa adat di Bali. Ia juga membangun Yayasan Puri Kauhan Ubud yang berfokus pada pengembangan kreativitas sastra lokal bahasa Bali dan pengembangannya di kalangan anak muda.
