Media Accreditation Call Is Now Open


For four days in October, more than 180 writers and thinkers will come together in Ubud to consider the power of stories and the written word in shaping who we are. Whether you are a freelancer or belong to a media house, you can register TODAY to be a part of covering the 19th edition of the Ubud Writers & Readers Festival (UWRF).

We offer people that receive the Media Accreditation the opportunity:

  • access to all main programs, including all panel discussions, talks, and conversation sessions from Thursday, 27 October to Sunday, 30 October, 2022;
  • access to the Media Centre in which you receive support for queries, reports, interviews, and any details you may need;
  • participation in any UWRF-related press conferences;
  • the opportunity to interview national and international festival guests.

HOW DO I GET A PRESS PASS?

If you wish to receive press releases, invitations to press calls, ongoing information about events and participating speakers, or wish to arrange interviews with authors or members of the Festival team, please apply for media accreditation here.

HOW DO I GET PHOTOGRAPHS OF EVENTS?

A selection of high-resolution images is available for download from our Flickr Gallery. If you have specific requests, please email us at press@yayasansaraswati.org.

HOW DO I ARRANGE INTERVIEWS WITH AUTHORS AND SPEAKERS?

All requests to interview authors, participants, and staff at #UWRF22 should be directed through the Media Centre. Please contact us at press@yayasansaraswati.org, and we will do everything we can to facilitate your request.
