If you have COVID-like symptoms or have tested positive, we want you to stay at home and rest up – don’t worry about what happens to your ticket for UWRF22.
We have introduced updates to our ticketing policy, giving you more safety in the case of illness or border closure. So If you cannot attend the Festival due to testing positive for COVID-19 or due to travel and quarantine restrictions or border closures, please contact the Festival to arrange a ticket exchange for next year, where possible, 7 days prior to the Festival to rearrange your ticket for next year.

As the health, safety, and well-being of everyone is our top priority at the Festival, we are working closely with and following all Indonesian health authorities’ guidelines and advice.
STAY HOME IF UNWELL
Simply stay home if you are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, or any other flu-like symptoms.
WEAR A MASK
Wear a mask if you are unable to socially distance yourself.
MAINTAIN PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Keep your distance between yourself and other people where possible, avoiding close contact with people you do not live with.
PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE
Wash your hands frequently. Hand sanitiser is available at all venues, and we encourage its use.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE FESTIVAL DUE TO TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID-19?
If you cannot attend festival events due to testing positive for COVID-19, please contact the festival to arrange a transfer for next year’s festival, where possible, 7 days prior to the Festival to rearrange your ticket for next year. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE ORGANISERS’ CONTROL?
If the Festival is unable to proceed on the advertised date or location by circumstances beyond the organisers’ control, such as a pandemic, UWRF reserves the right to reschedule the event and offer a credit respectively in exchange for the rescheduled date.
