Bali’s own beloved chef, Wayan Kresna, dishes up a feast of Balinese food from the pages of his new cookbook, Paon, Chef Putu of Nusantara, cooks up family favorites. Maya Kerthyasa, artist and author of Paon, talks about the stories she gathered for the book, while Nawaaz Ahmed adds a message about the power of food. Together they will tell a tale of home cooking and the wisdom garnered from their grandmothers and rich cultures.

Chef tercinta Bali, Wayan Kresna, menghidangkan makanan khas Bali dari buku masak terbarunya, Paon, Chef Putu dari Nusantara, memasak masakan favorit keluarga. Maya Kerthyasa, seniman dan penulis Paon, berbicara tentang cerita yang ia kumpulkan untuk buku tersebut, sementara Nawaaz Ahmed menambahkan bumbu-bumbu tentang kekuatan makanan.
