Geetanjali Shree, an eminent Indian author and Hindi language novelist, reflects on her literary journey. Winner of the International Booker Prize for her recently translated Tomb of Sand, she has written fiction novels, short stories, and essays, earning recognition and acclaim for her insightful and thought-provoking writings that reflect on the challenges and experiences of women in Indian society. She also explores themes of identity, love, and individuality, using her stories to challenge traditional societal norms and expectations. The discussion will be moderated by Gill Westaway.
