Stephanie Turvey’s The Wellbeing Revolution is a call for all to arise and reclaim our mental health and wellbeing in the post-industrial age. It aims to develop a pro-health and healing approach for the 21st century. Join her as she encourages an ongoing and conversation around mental health, and towards a greater self-management approach within a holistic community-based environment model.

The Wellbeing Revolution karya Stephanie Turvey adalah panggilan bagi semua untuk bangkit dan mendapatkan kembali kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan kita di era pasca-industri. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pendekatan kesehatan dan penyembuhan untuk abad ke-21. Bergabunglah dengannya saat ia menginspirasi percakapan yang berkelanjutan mengenai kesehatan mental, dan menuju pendekatan manajemen diri yang lebih baik dalam sebuah model lingkungan berbasis komunitas holistik.
