Between 18 and 22 October, you can join us as a media representative for our 20th Anniversary Celebration, featuring novelists, journalists, poets, academics, and writers who will come together in Ubud to explore the power of stories and the written word in shaping who we are. Whether you’re a freelancer or part of a media house, you can register today.

For those granted Media Accreditation, we offer:

Unlimited access to the main program, including panel discussions, and after-dark program privileges, featuring film screenings and live music, between Thursday, 18 October and Sunday, 22 October 2023.
Access to the Media Centre, where you’ll receive support for queries, reports, interviews, and any details you may need.
Participation in UWRF-related press conferences and the Opening Gala.
The opportunity to interview icons shaping literature and poetry from Indonesia, the region, and beyond. Click here to meet our speakers.

HOW DO I GET A PRESS PASS?

If you wish to receive press releases, invitations to press calls, ongoing information about events and participating speakers, or if you’d like to arrange interviews with authors or members of the Festival team, please apply for media accreditation above.

HOW DO I GET PHOTOGRAPHS OF EVENTS?

HOW DO I ARRANGE INTERVIEWS WITH AUTHORS AND SPEAKERS?

All requests to interview authors, participants, and staff at the Festival should be directed through the Media Centre. Please contact us at press@yayasansaraswati.org, and we will do everything we can to facilitate your request.
