Sophie Cunningham has been on the publishing scene in Australia for 30 years and is the author of four books, Geography, Bird, Melbourne, and Warning: The Story of Cyclone Tracy. She is an Adjunct Professor at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University’s non/fiction Lab, and one of the Founders of The Stella Prize, the annual award for writing by Australian women in all genres.
