Rob Henry

Rob Henry is a self-taught independent filmmaker and cultural activist. He is currently touring his feature documentary debut As Worlds Divide, about the Mentawai who live off the coast of West Sumatra. As part of this project, Rob founded the Indigenous Education Foundation, which empowers displaced Indigenous communities to develop and sustain their own cultural education solutions.

Rob Henry adalah seorang Sutradara otodidak dan Aktivis budaya. Saat ini, Ia saat ini sedang melakukan tur untuk dokumenter debutnya As Worlds Divide, mengenai suku Mentawai yang hidup di lepas pantai Sumatera Barat. Sebagai bagian dari proyek ini, Rob mendirikan sebuat yayasan bernama Indigenous Education Foundation, yang memberdayakan masyarakat adat yang terlantar untuk mengembangkan dan memberlangsungkan solusi pendidikan budaya mereka sendiri.
