Writer and director Richard Oh is one of the pioneers of Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa, an awards event for Indonesian writers. As well as publishing novels, he has written and directed several films. His latest, Perburuanreleased this year, is an adaption of the novel by legendary Indonesian author, the late Pramoedya Ananta Toer. 

Penulis dan sutradara Richard Oh adalah salah satu perintis perhelatan Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa, sebuah ajang penganugerahan bagi sastrawan Indonesia berprestasi. Sebagaimana menulis berbagai novel, ia telah menulis dan menyutradarai beberapa film. Karya terbarunya, Perburuan, yang diluncurkan tahun ini, merupakan adaptasi dari novel karya penulis legendaris Indonesia, mendiang Pramoedya Ananta Toer.
