Contemporary Balinese artist Budi Agung Kuswara, aka Kabul, graduated from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, Yogyakarta, and since then has exhibited his works extensively internationally. He is Co-founder of Ketemu Project, a transnational art collective and social enterprise hybrid, and Co-founder of Rumah Berdaya Denpasar, a rehabilitation center for people living with schizophrenia. Kabul is the creator of the UWRF18 artwork.

Seniman kontemporer asal Bali, Budi Agung Kuswara alias Kabul, lulus dari Institut Seni Indonesia, Yogyakarta, dan sejak itu ia telah mempertunjukkan karya-karyanya secara internasional. Ia adalah Co-founder Proyek Ketemu, sebuah kolektif seni lintas budaya dan bisnis sosial, dan Co-founder Rumah Berdaya Denpasar, sebuah pusat rehabilitasi untuk orang yang hidup dengan skizofrenia. Kabul adalah sosok di balik poster UWRF18.
