Stephen Fry recently called for Facebook, Twitter and other ‘aggregators’ to be classified as publishers, arguing they shirk responsibility for the content they prioritize. Many users lack the knowledge (or simply the inclination) to navigate data mining, clickbait, and ‘fake news’.
