Captured over a nine-year period, feature documentary As Worlds Divide was produced with the goal of preventing the loss of Indigenous culture of the Mentawai Islands off West Sumatra. Along with the ‘Watch a film save a culture’ campaign, the documentary aims to raise enough funding to support the ten-year implementation of Suku Mentawai community’s Cultural and Environmental Education Program.

Featuring Q&A with director, Rob Henry.

Ditangkap selama periode sembilan tahun, keistimewaan film dokumenter As Worlds Divide diproduksi dengan tujuan mencegah hilangnya budaya asli Kepulauan Mentawai di Sumatera Barat. Seiring dengan kampanye ‘Watch a film save a culture’, karya film dokumenter ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dana yang cukup untuk mendukung pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Budaya dan Lingkungan masyarakat Suku Mentawai selama sepuluh tahun.
