    Highlights


    The 8th Ubud Writers & Readers Festival was a great success by any measure. Attendances and tickets sales increased significantly, overall sponsorship support sustained and new key relationships formed, national media coverage was higher, and the UWRF again received glowing feedback and evaluation.

    127 writers plus over 60 workshop leaders and performers were featured at this year’s festival, representing 25 different countries. The Festival ran for 5 days, with the main program of panel sessions running in 3 parallel venues for 4 days from the 6 – 9 October.
