Please note that there may be changes to the Festival programme. Below you will find the latest updates, including cancellations and rescheduled sessions.
Speaker Cancellations
- Romanian author Andreea Răsuceanu has also cancelled her appearance at the Festival.
- Indonesian design maker Budiman Ong won’t be appearing at Climate Day.
- British author and researcher Elizabeth Pisani is unable to appear at this year’s Festival.
- Irish novelist John Boyne has cancelled his appearance at this year’s Festival.
- Australian journalist and author Julia Baird won’t be participating in the Festival.
- Saad Mohseni, Co-founder of Moby News, will no longer be attending the Festival.
- Palestinian American journalist Sara Hamdan will no longer be appearing at the Festival.
Rescheduled Sessions
Main Programme: The session 100 Years of Pramoedya, originally scheduled for Saturday, 1 November, will now take place on Friday, 31 October, from 17:45 to 18:45 at the Valley Stage.
