    For the 2012 Ubud Writers & Readers Festival, we will be releasing Early Bird Tickets from July 2012 through the website.

    Tickets may be purchased online at ubudwritersfestival.com from July for Main session passes and from August | September for other events.
    Please Note* The festival uses a tiered pricing system to ensure the Festival is accessible to local as well as international writers and readers.

    During the festival, The Box Office takes cash in Rupiah, Master Card and Visa.

    • To attend the MAIN PROGRAM, 4 day-pass of panel sessions in 3 venues, you need a 4 DAY PASS. If you want to attend on just a single day, you will need ONE DAY PASS.
    • To attend TICKETED SPECIAL EVENT and WORKSHOPS, you will need to purchase a separate ticket. These are NOT included in the DAY PASS price.
    • The festival offers an extensive program of FREE EVENTS, including the Children & Youth Program, Book Launches, Arts & Performance events.

     

    SCHEDULE CHANGES

    Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, programmes must be changed, rescheduled or cancelled. During the festival, daily updates on schedule changes are listed online at UWRF website and at the Box Office. Please check for updates online periodically.
